Shipping policy
PICKUP
Pickup is available from the General Store, located at the center of The Orchard.
Your order will be ready to pick up depending on the Date & Time selected during the checkout process.
Please note this time is an approximate and we cannot guarantee it will be ready at this exact time.
You will be notified via SMS, email or at the time of pickup at the venue, if some of the products in your order have been delayed.
Pickup is only available during General Store operating hours. If you are unable to pickup your order on the day it was ordered for, we reserve the right to discard your order depending on the products selected to ensure health and safety requirements are met. There will be no refund in this case.
Non-perishable orders not picked up within up to 3 days of their preselected pickup date, will be discarded with no refund being provided.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Bespoke Delivery is available for large orders over $500. Please contact us to organise.
